If you are holding on to what you have with both hands you do not have a hand open to receive more of what God offers you. Lend & Give freely, without expectation, that is how it is given to us and it is how we are COMMANDED by God to give to others. (Deuteronomy 15:11) Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your brothers and toward the poor and needy in your land.
Do not fear losing a life that is not yours to keep! Instead fear losing the Life inside that desires God, while we still live.
