From the Inside Out!

Man is this country messed up!

From the greed and corruption that lives at the top to the filth and lasciviousness that flows out of the bottom, it touches almost every aspect of our lives. And the more laws we pass to protect ourselves the worse off we become. In fact most of the people in charge of making the laws are the guiltiest of them all.

When are we going to wake up to the fact that we can’t legislate or regulate morality into our lives… If we could don’t you think Jesus would have begun that way?

Look at what He asks us to do and look at what He doesn’t ask us to do.

He doesn’t ask us to clean up the mess that is our lives, get our act together, follow the Ten Commandments to the letter and then come see Him about joining His exclusive club of Christianity.

What He asks us to do is come to Him accepting what He offers, and then let Him change us from the inside out. Change is a necessary part of it and we are expected to change…

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.

But it is not conditional to being accepted first.

Why don’t we as Christians make a concerted effort to take the same approach to fixing our country?

If each of us does as Jesus asks and shares are faith, baptize and make a disciple of just two people, and we teach those two people to do the same… by this time next year the entire country would be made up of God fearing, Jesus loving born again Christians. In other words we would change them and our country from the inside out!

Then we wouldn’t have a need for crooked politicians to endlessly make meaningless legislation to keep the morally bankrupt of our society from causing our country to implode from the inside out.
