Lord Spend Me 'First'!

2 Timothy 2:4 No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier.

God please grant me the strength and courage to serve you with all that I have and all that I am.

May my life take the shape that your hand finds the greatest comfort in holding.

May you seek to use me 'First', when your purpose is to be served around me.

May you spend all that I have and all that I am 'First' before you would choose to use another.

We are at war, with an enemy that seeks to devour us. And for some of us the battle is fought up close and personal.

May the life I live be counted worthy enough to fight beside you on that final day!

May the sword that I carry serve only you and may my blood be spilt 'First' when the last battle begins.

May my life from beginning to end bring Glory and Honor to you!

We are Gods Marines… Hoorah!

…Living our Faith on the front line hurts and is sometimes bloody, but the blood washes off and our pain doesn’t compare to the price He already paid for us!
