We can not avoid the pain of regret when we break the beautiful picture that God wishes to paint in our life. He knew before we broke it that we would, and He already had a plan in place to take from us the broken pieces. He is patiently waiting for us to give them to Him so He can create the beautiful mosaic that He had originally intended to be our life.
When we are in the desert, remember that it is God who applies the pressure to squeeze out the moisture needed to quench the thirst of those He has placed around us.
